Founded in 1981 to enable research in Islamic Culture, History and Islamic Theology etc.Â
Aims and Objectives
To carry out Research work in Islamic History and Culture including Islamic Theology and Religion.
To print and publish research work done by selected scholars after proper evaluation of the research works, in as many languages as possible.
To edit and reprint well-known and useful publications, manuscripts, and books out of print on Islamic History and Culture, Theology, including the Life of the Prophet of Islam, his teachings, and the teachings of the Holy Quran, in as many languages as possible.
To award stipends, fellowships, and scholarships to qualified and competent scholars to study any religion or people of any country or countries with a view to correct wrong impressions about Islam and its teachings.
To publish the result of such studies in the form of books and pamphlets in as many languages as possible and make them available to the reading public.
Regular Activities
During this year, review meetings were held regularly on every Thursday.

New members are regularly joining with an interest in understanding the Quran through discussions and with reference to books available at the Academy of Islamic Research.

The Academy of Islamic Research maintains an Islamic Library with books in different languages.
