The Career Guidance and Placement Centre of Justice Basheer Ahmed and Sayeed College for Women has been a dynamic force throughout the year, actively shaping the career paths of JBAS students through impactful programs and strategic initiatives. The activities are aimed at enhancing employability, building essential skills, and providing career direction. Our mission is to equip every student with the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to succeed in today’s competitive world. At the Career Guidance and Placement Centre, we’re more than just a support system — we’re a launchpad for dreams. Through continuous engagement and purposeful training, we’re helping students turn potential into performance and ambitions into achievable career goals.

Our mission is to prepare children for future learning by instilling core values, encouraging exploration, and promoting positive relationships. Through play-based and experiential learning, we focus on the all-round development of every child.
The Placement Centre successfully organized virtual interviews and facilitated the participation of 23 reputed companies from various industries to recruit final-year undergraduate and postgraduate students. We are delighted to share that 309 students have been successfully placed through 2024-2025 campus drive.
